The peak inventory of residential homes was in the summer of 2010 when there were over 900 active residential listings. Now as of Wednesday February 13th there are approximately 413 active residential listings.
Property types included in this statistical analysis includes: Single Family Residence, Condominiums, Townhouse, ‘Manufactured homes with or without 433 foundations, and Cabins. Mobile Homes are not included in this analysis.
